Wayne M. Yankala

Wayne M. Yankala has over 29 years of civil litigation experience.  He has successfully resolved over 1000 civil litigation cases, including over 100 Jury Trials and Arbitrations.

Mr. Yankala's extensive litigation experience includes cases involving, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, ATV accidents, snowmobile accidents, boating accidents, airplane crash, wrongful death, defective products, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse/neglect, insurance coverage disputes, construction defects, construction site accidents, premises liability, environmental contamination, defamation, trade secrets, copyright infringement and commercial disputes. 

In 1977 Mr. Yankala received his B.S. Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Mr. Yankala received his J.D. Degree from Marquette University in 1980.  Mr. Yankala is licensed to practice before the State Bar of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Northern District of Indiana, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.  Mr. Yankala has Appellate Court experience before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Wisconsin Supreme Court, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Yankala has received the highest ratings in competence and ethics.  Mr. Yankala has also been selected for inclusion in the 2006-2009 Wisconsin Super Lawyers.  Only five percent of lawyers in the State of Wisconsin are selected each year.  Mr. Yankala has frequently lectured on topics of interest to trial attorneys.
