Mark J. Mingo has in excess of 25 years of civil litigation experience. He has handled more than 1,000 personal injury cases and has successfully tried many cases before juries in counties throughout Wisconsin. In addition to his many jury trials, Mark has successfully resolved hundreds of cases through arbitration and mediation.
Mark's experience as a trial lawyer includes cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, nursing home abuse/neglect, ATV accidents, boating accidents, snowmobile accidents, construction site injuries, medical malpractice, slip and fall/premises liability cases, products liability and commercial/business disputes.
